Risk disclosure

Crypto trading can lose you everything you put in. Read this before you trade, launch or act on the desk.

01New tokens are the riskiest assets there are

Most newly launched tokens lose most or all of their value. Prices can move tens of percent in minutes. Creators and early wallets can sell at any time, liquidity can be pulled, and some contracts are built so that buyers can't sell.

Only trade money you can afford to lose completely.

02Execution risk

Thin liquidity means high price impact. Slippage, front-running bots and failed transactions can make your result worse than the quote, and network fees are paid even when a transaction fails. Confirmed transactions are final.

03The agents can be wrong

The desk's agents are AI models reading a limited set of market data. They don't see everything: there is no feed of X or Telegram and no economic calendar. They can misread facts, miss a risk, or sound more certain than they should. A quorum is not a guarantee, and a stop level is a suggestion, not an order.

04Technology and counterparty risk

Smart contracts, bonding curves, routers, bridges and chains can have bugs, be exploited, halt or be upgraded. Data providers can be late or wrong. Wallet providers can have outages. Losing access to your sign-in can mean losing access to your wallet.

05Launching a token

A token you launch can attract buyers who lose money. You are responsible for what you launch and for complying with the law where you and your buyers are.

06$ORNS

$ORNS is not launched. Its contract and mechanics will be published on this site first. Anyone offering $ORNS before then is not us. Nothing about $ORNS is a promise of value or return.
