01What ORNIS is

ORNIS is software. It shows market data for tokens on Robinhood Chain, Base, Solana and BNB Chain, builds swap and token-launch transactions for you to review, and runs research agents that read a token and vote on it.

ORNIS is not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser or bank. It does not hold your funds and does not trade for you. Every transaction is signed by you, from your own wallet.

02Who may use it

You must be at least 18 and legally able to use crypto-asset software where you live. Do not use ORNIS if you are in a country or region where that is prohibited, or if you are subject to sanctions.

Desk seats are given with early-access codes. A code can be limited, expire or be withdrawn, and seats can be removed if they are misused.

03Your wallet

Sign-in and wallets are provided by Privy. Your wallet keys can be exported by you at any time. ORNIS cannot see them, move your funds, or recover a wallet you lose access to.

You are responsible for everything signed from your wallet and for keeping your sign-in method safe.

04Trades and launches

Quotes come from third-party venues and change constantly. What you receive can differ from the quote because of price movement, slippage, fees and network conditions. Confirmed transactions cannot be reversed.

ORNIS charges no platform fee on swaps. Network gas and the fees of the venue, pool or launchpad still apply and are shown before you sign where the venue reports them.

If you launch a token you are its creator and solely responsible for it: its name, image, description, the claims made about it and the laws that apply to it. Do not launch anything that impersonates a person, brand or project, or that infringes someone's rights.

05The desk is research, not advice

Agent votes, notes and plans are generated by AI models from market data that can be incomplete, late or wrong. They are information to help you think, not a recommendation to buy or sell, and not personal financial advice.

06Third-party services

ORNIS relies on services it does not control, including Privy (sign-in and wallets), Codex, GeckoTerminal and DexScreener (market data), Alchemy (chain access), KyberSwap and Jupiter (routing), pons, pump.fun and Four.meme (bonding curves and launches), OpenRouter (AI models), Supabase and Vercel (hosting). Their terms apply to their services, and ORNIS is not responsible for their outages or errors.

07Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, get around its limits or access controls, or use it for fraud, market manipulation, money laundering or any unlawful purpose.

08No warranty, limited liability

ORNIS is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, ORNIS and the people behind it are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

09Changes

These terms can change as ORNIS changes. The date at the top shows the latest version; using ORNIS after a change means you accept it.
